Terms of service

These terms govern your use of DocRally (the "Service"), operated by DocRally ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the organization you represent.

1. The Service

DocRally lets professionals request documents and information from their clients through secure links, send automatic reminders and review what clients submit. Optional automated (AI) checks give suggestions about uploaded files; they may be wrong and do not replace your professional judgment.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your password confidential.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and your team members' accounts.
• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.

3. Your data and your clients' data

You keep all rights to the content you and your clients upload ("Customer Data"). You instruct us to process Customer Data only to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect your clients' information and for complying with the laws and professional rules that apply to you.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service to send spam, collect data without permission, or store unlawful content.
• Do not attempt to access other customers' data, probe or overload the Service, or bypass plan limits.
• We may suspend accounts that put the Service, other customers or the public at risk.

5. Plans, billing and cancellation

Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, by our reseller and merchant of record, which also handles taxes. Plans renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings; you keep access to paid features until the end of the current period. Refunds are described in our Refund Policy. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.

6. Availability and support

We work to keep the Service available and secure but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Support is provided by email.

7. Termination

You may close your account at any time. After termination we delete Customer Data within 30 days, except where we must keep limited records by law (for example, invoices).

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. If changes are material we will notify account owners by email before they take effect.
