We want you to be happy with DocRally. That's why there is a free plan you can use for as long as you like before paying.
14-day money-back guarantee
If you upgrade to a paid plan for the first time and it isn't right for you, email us within 14 days of the first payment and we will refund it in full — no questions asked.
Renewals
You can cancel at any time and you won't be charged again. We don't usually refund renewal payments, but if you forgot to cancel and haven't used the paid features since the renewal, contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right.
How refunds are paid
Refunds are issued by our merchant of record to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, they can take 5–10 business days to appear.
